Then I remembered my friend Maria, who'd been to your clinic a while back and was super happy with her treatment—she'd had implants done here. She convinced me to give you all a try, and I'm so glad I listened.
About the treatment: what blew me away was how quick it was, and especially that before my crowns were made, Dr. D'Amico showed me a digital design—a 3D preview, right there—of how my new teeth would look, size, color, everything. He actually asked me what I thought! I'll admit, I told him honestly: "To be fair, Doc, I'm not sure I understand if the real crowns will actually look like what I see on this screen—but if they do, that'd be amazing!" At my age, all this new tech can be a little intimidating, but honestly, it worked like a charm.
It only took two visits. First appointment was consult and a super thorough treatment plan, where Dr. D'Amico walked through every detail and made sure I was totally on board. Second appointment, I got my new crowns—and I cannot believe how natural they look. I'm just so grateful.
They're kind, precise, transparent, and honestly, amazing!
I don't think there's another place out there where you actually get to see what your results will be before you even start, and then the results match up exactly like they said.
Honestly, I really didn't want to go through another dental visit just for those same teeth, so I did a deep dive on Google. That's when I found D'Amico Dental Care. I spent a good amount of time researching, and out of all the places around Watertown, this one really stood out as the best option to fix my problem.
What really caught my eye was the Same Day Crown service. I work in sales, and around here time is money — I don't exactly have the flexibility to come back and forth for multiple appointments.
Everything was done in a single visit. In the first 10 minutes, Dr. D'Amico took a very thorough medical and dental history. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions clearly, and I felt comfortable with him right away.
What really impressed me was how spot-on his diagnosis was. He even pointed out exactly which types of food would trigger my pain — and he was dead right. He explained that I didn't need a root canal at all. The real issue was food impaction, and that removing the old fillings and placing crowns would fully solve the problem.
I said, "Sounds great — let's do it."
After some super efficient and well-organized planning, they got right to work. If I remember correctly, within about three hours, I walked out with my final crowns — all set.
No hesitation — 10 out of 10.
I think it was actually about three years ago that Dr. D'Amico fixed my teeth, but today I'm back here with my beautiful daughter. The team is doing her fluoride treatment, and it honestly feels great to be back.
"Grandpa, did you know you can get new teeth now?"
She told me how her "very kind doctor" was explaining it to her mom, and I couldn't help but smile. She looked so excited, so I just said, "Alright sweetheart, sure, I'll go get mine fixed too."
Of course, I didn't do anything about it. I let it slide like always.
The following week she came to our house again and said, "Grandpa, you still don't have any teeth!" That little one just wouldn't let it go — she kept insisting until finally I told myself, Come on, be a man about it.
So I asked my daughter to call and make an appointment for me.
I still remember: the last time I'd been to a dentist was about 20 or maybe 25 years ago. Not since then had I ever set foot in a dental office.
It all sounded great, especially when he said I wouldn't have to deal with those awful old impression materials anymore. Instead, they used a digital scanner. Honestly, that thing was fast and surprisingly comfortable.
He recommended a special treatment approach to manage things better — it required fewer implants overall, so the healing process would be quicker and the cost more manageable. I could tell he really cared about both the medical and financial sides. It wasn't just a sale — it was thoughtful planning.
Now it's been about ten years since I received those implants, and not once have I had a problem with them. No pain, no issues — nothing.
I'm not exaggerating, but I've probably sent four or five of your implant patients this year alone! My old friends and I have a weekly get together group on Sundays, and I've told every one of them about Dr. D'Amico and how happy I am with my results.
Just wanted to say how truly satisfied I've been all these years.
Just kidding!
Based on what my old buddies have experienced elsewhere — and everything I've seen from your clinic — I'd say it's 30 out of 10.
• The first 10 because my granddaughter loved you so much and kept talking about you.
• The second 10 because my own treatment was flawless.
• And the third 10 because after ten years my implants still feel and work like my very own teeth.
Couldn't ask for more.
Every now and then I'd search on Google to see what my options were, but I never actually made an appointment. Most clinics couldn't offer consultation times that worked with my schedule, and on top of that I didn't have dental insurance and couldn't afford to pay for the whole treatment at once.
Then one day I happened to be walking down [street name] and noticed your clinic. I figured, "Why not step in and ask? Can't hurt." I had already seen your website before while searching online, and honestly the number of Google reviews you had really stood out to me.
When I walked in and spoke with the reception team, they were incredibly helpful. They told me they could arrange a schedule that would actually fit around my work hours so I wouldn't miss appointments. But the real surprise was when they explained the flexible payment options and said I could even start treatment that same day.
Everything happened so fast and so unexpectedly—it still kind of amazes me.
After a thorough exam that took about 20 minutes—including reviewing my X rays and clinical condition—he explained the best treatment plan for my case. What really impressed me was how transparent everything was. Dr. D'Amico told me the total cost upfront.
I've always been a little wary of dental clinics because sometimes they add extra charges after treatment starts. That actually happened to me once—I went in for a simple composite filling at another office and ended up paying $300 more than I was originally told.
But here, the doctor and the reception team explained every detail on day one. Everything was clear and organized. Honestly, your team runs things in a very structured and professional way—I really appreciated that.
At my second visit it was time for surgery. They had already given me very clear instructions beforehand about the timing and what I needed to do before the appointment. I was pretty nervous going in, but I can honestly say I didn't feel even the slightest pain during the procedure.
Just like they explained during the consultation, they placed a temporary crown right away so I wouldn't have a gap where my tooth was. That meant a lot to me because no one could tell I was missing a tooth.
After the surgery, I came back for follow up visits 4 weeks and 8 weeks later so the doctor could check how the healing process and bone integration with the implant were progressing. Then, about a week after that, my final crown was ready.
Most of my appointments after surgery took less than 30 minutes, which worked perfectly with my schedule. The final visit took a little longer because the doctor carefully checked everything—my smile, how the crown looked when speaking and counting, chewing function, opening and closing my mouth, and they also took new X rays and a 3D scan.
Overall, it was a truly professional experience from start to finish.
I'd give you 100 out of 10.
And I'm not exaggerating—I've already recommended your clinic to my friends, family, and coworkers… as you probably know by now!
At my first appointment, the doctor explained to me and my parents that we had two options: traditional braces or clear aligners. I didn't want people at school to notice that I was getting orthodontic treatment, so we decided to go with the clear aligners.
During the first week, it was a little hard for me to pronounce some words correctly, but after about a week I got used to them and could talk normally again.
Once my teeth were straight, the doctor told me I needed to wear another clear aligner at home called a retainer so my teeth wouldn't move back. I have five retainer check up visits, and I always make sure to follow his instructions.
Everyone here is really kind and always treats me with respect.
The whole process took about seven months, and now my teeth are perfectly straight.
I always felt really comfortable here. None of the appointments were super long, so I never got bored. And the best part was that I could watch cartoons while sitting in the dental chair.
Thank you, Dr. D'Amico, for helping make my teeth look great!
And I made a drawing for the doctor, too!

Before coming here, I had visited two other clinics in Watertown, and both of them told me that I needed to extract all of my upper teeth and replace them with implants. What really bothered me was that they made this recommendation without even taking proper radiographs or doing a detailed analysis.
From what I had read online, a proper consultation should involve the dentist carefully evaluating the current condition, reviewing imaging, and then presenting the best treatment options for the patient. None of that happened at those clinics.
So I continued searching on Google and eventually found this office. After reading through the Google reviews, I honestly realized that this probably should have been the first place I visited.
His approach was extremely professional. He never asked unnecessary questions or went off topic — he stayed completely focused on my situation. He listened carefully to my concerns, and the types of questions he asked made it very clear that he has a great deal of knowledge and clinical experience.
He explained that my natural teeth could absolutely be preserved and that the appropriate treatment in my case would be veneers.
Honestly, the moment he said that, I immediately felt it was the right solution. And to be completely transparent — even if he had recommended implants like the other clinics, I probably would have trusted his judgment. The difference was that he took the time to thoroughly analyze everything first before making a recommendation.
That gave me a strong sense that he was fully in control of the situation and paying close attention to every detail. I really appreciated that feeling of confidence and professionalism.
In the end, the final veneers were completed in about three visits, and the result looked exactly like the digital design we reviewed beforehand.
10/10
I wanted to restore the teeth from the third tooth on the right to the fourth tooth on the left to improve my smile.
During the second visit, Dr. D'Amico placed a mock up so I could preview what my new smile would look like before the final veneers were made. At that stage he carefully listened to my feedback and explained everything clearly.
Once I approved the mock up design, I received my final veneers during the third appointment.
The result looked exactly like what we had planned — and most importantly, they look incredibly natural. My previous veneers were extremely white and looked artificial, but these new ones blend beautifully with my face and look like real teeth.
I'm truly grateful to Dr. D'Amico for the result.
The office has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect.
