These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and D’Amico Dental Care (Domenic D’Amico, DMD PC), which operates dental offices at 241 Boston Post Rd, Wayland, Massachusetts, and 359 Main St, Watertown, Massachusetts (“D’Amico Dental Care,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using damicodentalcare.com and any pages, forms or content on it (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is for general information

The Website provides general information about our practice, our team and the dental services we offer. It is not dental or medical advice and is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed dentist. No patient relationship is created online

Using the Website, submitting a form, sending us a message or requesting an appointment does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a dentist at D’Amico Dental Care has examined you and agreed to provide your care. An appointment request is a request only. It is not confirmed until we contact you and confirm it.
